The Writing Groups Directory: Did something change?

I just swung by the WGD, which now shows as "private" to my account. When I entered the sub-forum, I can see only the titles of my three remaining threads there, but when I try to enter I'm told I don't have permission. Did account levels change?

@AgentPete does this have to do with the recent changes to account levels on the forums?
