Book Twitter is mostly a good place to be, compared with other parts of Twitter (although I advise you to steer clear of carping about successful and/or celebrity authors and look out for the occasional troll, especially on #MSWL). But by and large, I've found Book Twitter to be a supportive place and have often found it a source of inspiration for one reason or another. Good luck!
