• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

It happens. We've seen this scenario before at Litopia, quite close at hand. Once it was a very well known crime writer.

An author believes someone has basically nicked their story. And maybe they are quite well known. And possibly their suspicions are justified, too. But they gotta prove it.

Recent legal ruling and the bottom line, some story concepts are too general to be available for copyright protection
