• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

I've mentioned how there's a trend these days for readers to consume writing in small chunks, which only take a few minutes to enjoy. See the threads Interstitial Publishing and The Rise of Phone Reading.

This trend continues, as there's now a site aimed at those who like to read while perched on the porcelain throne. Poop Fiction promises you 'stuff to read in your time of need.'

It's true about the prunes. especially Devils on Horseback. If that's correct, prunes wrapped in pancetta, served as an hors d'oeuvres.

Even if that bit's not correct, I can affirm that prunes, while delish, are the Rearguard Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and if the Book of Revelation doesn't mention them, it OUGHT.
