Kind words. Thank you very much. This is book one in a series that was a bit of a departure for me from what I'd written before, and I wasn't sure my readers would enjoy it. There are ten books in the series, and overall they did well. I had a lot of fun blending a contemporary setting with ancient curses. My loyal readers stuck it out for ten books to see the resolution of the curse, which was pretty cool.
