Verification Process

@AgentPete , the verification process seems a little dicky: I enabled the email notifications but no email came through (requested one several times, didn't go to spam). So I then downloaded the Authy app, and kept entering the code they gave me (which was 6 numbers in this format: XXX XXX) but what is needed on the Litopia end are the numbers without a space (XXXXXX) Just, there may be members trying valiantly to get in, and can't.

I didn't initially download the Authy app as my phone is of considerable vintage and I wasn't sure it would be able for such technological advances (it was!) but this may be an issue for fellow vintage-phone-users.

(I know this is all you need a couple of hours before Pop-Ups...)

Yes. And it said it would send an email with code to my email address but nothing happened.

@Rainbird check your SPAM folder that was where I found mine.

I did, and no sign of it there either... it's floating around cyberspace trying to find me

Mine was in Spam too, I've added Litopia to my contacts so that doesn't happen again.

Sorry about this. For a couple of hours, Patrons were required to enforce 2-step verification. This requirement has now been removed. However, if you did enable it, you should keep using it.
