Does anyone know what type of software (a simpleton) can use to convert a word document into an ebook? I sometimes like to read my WIP on my ipad rather than my laptop. I am sure such things are available its whether they are simple to use or not.

I use Calibre to produce both generic epub format for Lulu and the iStore format. It works well for me. I'm not an Apple man but from Word you can just 'save as' a .pdf and then you should be able to read that on and iPad, methinks.
