After noting that D.H. Lawrence's old Cornish house was up for sale in an old thread, which has since been sold, I see that another property with literary connections is up for grabs.

Mousehole (pronounced Mao-zul) is one of the prettiest villages in Cornwall.

Perfectly located beside the harbour, it has wonderful views. Something tells me it's popular with tourists, so the new owner better get used to having their home photographed.
