Help Please! Is there a better Day to submit to agents?

I got a request for a full manuscript, just wondering if it was Tuesday or Wednesday that was supposed to be good. Or was it bad? Any other agent enticing tips? Anyone who says a great manuscript with no typos gets a wet blanket.

On my planet, Tuesdays are best for submitting and Mondays are the most likely days for an answer.

Tuesday, and schedule send if you can for some time between 9:45 and 10:15 in the morning in the agent's time zone.
