Gives me a great excuse to doodle characters from the book on the front page. So excited when someone asks me to sign their copies!

I have a painter friend who takes years producing intricate fantasy paintings, which often have Escher style tessellation features, tricks with infinity and bizarre stairways. To make some money to keep him going, he also designs tattoo flash for the local studios - generic designs, as well as one-off commissions.
