It says London writers, but maybe some of us here, are.

Oh wow! I wonder how long that window is open for. I am working on second book and definitely motivated to complete first 3 novels...although it isn't clear if children's is included in there.

Oh I didn't realise that was regional. Here's a list for all the other writing areas in England at least:
Cumbria
