We dig ours up from nearby mixed woodland [we have permission], and they tend to be really odd shapes. Especially by the time we've dragged them back for a mile or so. Paradoxically, it's easier when it snows, because we can put the tree on a sled and drag it back, but I doubt that will happen this year ....

My husband's family always had a live tree at Christmas. They smell so amazing!
