A couple years back, Litopian Annie Summerlee started workshopping and huddling a new writing project. It's now known as The Book of Blood and Roses, Penguin (UK) and Happer Collins (US). Starting at 8 p.m UK time, the author will discuss the journey to publication with this work, from taking in critiques at Litopia until the book signing parties after publication.
Annie Summerlee's journey is a Litopian dream. It is important to remember that dreams do come true. It is also important to take note of the work that goes into that practice.
As with all Book Club meetings, the zoom gathering is free and open to all who wish to attend.
As with any book club meeting, having read the book is not required before attendance, though you do get more out of the experience if you have read.
