Not really sure of this Inkett site. Anyone know more? The algorithm thing is disturbing and the books featured ? Well, need some more rewrites before I'd read them. But upload your novel and see what happens?

Uploading there sounds like a copyright nightmare. The only people I want to share my book with are peer reviewers and agents/publishers. Inkitt basically sounds like a restaurant that offers meals for free and then pays the chef that gets the most glowing reviews.

I echo your question. You state well what my first impressions were, but then I thought SURELY, NOT? Part of posting it was to see if that was correct. Not least because it was recommended by the founder of my other writing group...
