• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

Anybody heard of / have an opinion on this bunch? -: About Us
It would be nice to have an assured way of getting your work in front of film producers, but I'm not sure if this is the bunch to do it. Their standard terms aren't immediately obvious, but it looks like authors have to pay $88 to submit; I'm guessing authors also give up some rights to Taleflick. Hm. Don't think I'll be signing up just yet.

Doesn't look reputable to me. You certainly should never ever have to pay to submit your work. Besides it costs so much to back a film and get it into cinemas that it takes a lot of impetus and investment to get anything off the ground. This is probably too good to be true.
