Amusement Words that first appeared in your birth year

I found this amusing Time Traveler by Merriam-Webster

For 1951, I was delighted to find that I shared that birth year with 3-D, biowarfare, birth control pill, coffee break, fast-food, flab, nerd, outgross, psywar and sitcom.

I'm really surprised about nerd and outgross, I would have thought them much later.

I'm just worried how many of those words from my birth year seem to have relevance in my life now.

One expression contained the word 'weird'.

Okay. I was born, and 'auto-erotic asphyxiation' entered the lexicon. I don't think these things are related.
