When not to correct people's grammar...

Oh yes, I know this feeling. My hubby is dyslexic and often gets confused with spelling and the like, but unless he asks, I don't pick up on it. I think he'd feel I was being condescending or belittling him in some way, so I leave him to seek my advice.
 
When I was in college I once had a teacher write on a essay - Be careful of your flow of grammer - would make it easier to read.
 
There have been times when I'm arguing with someone and they'll say something grammatically incorrect, and I'll bite my tongue (literally) to not correct them. It's a burden being a Grammar Nazi.
