Hi! Not sure if this is the right place for this so let me know if inappropriate. I currently volunteer at a lit mag, The Selkie, which aims to champion underrepresented writers. We are currently running a series of virtual edit-along writers workshops which are open to all. You can submit work and each week two pieces will be discussed by the facilitator (an editor) and the group.
