Unravelling Utopia - Hijacking Utopia - The Utopia Gene

The Telepathy Gene - The Gene Quest

After the Siklus - Return to Darkness

The Panopticon Experiment - The Panopticon Laboratory

98% The Same - The 98% - 98%

Rosendale - The Coalition

The Human Supremacy League - H.S.L

Not sure about The Human Supremacy League, it sounds a bit Third Reich.

98% The Same - The 98% - 98% - I'd really keep away from numbers in titles, especially percentages.

After the Siklus - Return to Darkness - Not sure what Siklus is, unless of course it's a character name or place in the book.

My vote would be to stick with one of the Utopia options, (and I think you know which one I'd favour ;))

The Utopia Gene I think, would sound better for a YA novel--in a series perhaps. Unravelling Utopia sounds almost like a research book like "The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail". Hijacking Utopia makes me think of the film "Elysium": guy tries to fix all his problems by invading a perfect world.

What are their genre/markets?

I like the Utopia Gene

The HSL sounds a little comic book villainy to me.

Rosendale is safe enough.

I think the issue with The Coalition is it sounds very businesslike, almost clinical.

In view of your synopsis I'm not sure The Gene Quest is representative.

I kind of like the 98% but would suggest you write it a different way. Maybe -- The Ninety Eight Percent ... I'm not sure.

Those are my random thoughts.

YA Speculative fiction (post apocalyptic but not dystopian)

The Utopia Gene -- it's good, but maybe a bit too much like other titles, eg The Satan Bug.
The Telepathy Gene -- no, sounds naff.
The Gene Quest -- no, readers will think it is popular science
After the Siklus-- maybe, not sure.
Return to Darkness -- I quite like this
Panopticon Expt / Lab -- doesn't do much for me
The 98% -- maybe...would have novelty value perhaps , could intrigue readers
Rosendale -Coalition -- no, sounds like a Lib Dem tea-party
HSL -- no, sounds like a naff 80s band

If your book has a strong DNA theme, you may wish to acquaint yourself with some molecular biology terms to see if they provide inspiration. Unwinding, insertion/deletion (together 'indel'), replication, transcription, mutagenesis, etc etc.
