• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

    This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

    Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

@AgentPete

It appears very ambiguous to me Pete...LOL
Or is it me just being Daft and the and...is just a continuation of the list.
I only eat dark choc, so because I like you Pete, and my fellow-writers and POP-UPS is a rather enjoyable experience for me.
I accept your invitation, please bring flowers and come smarty dressed.
How gracious of you offering to pay the bill too, such a gentleman :)
Been pouting my lips and sticking out my bum all week on instagram, FOLLOWERS 0

@RainbowNerdAlix, how about strawberries dipped in choc accompanied by prosecco? Is that allowed?

Will make strenuous efforts not to giggle this week. It's unbecoming for a chap.

Yes Sir...Agent Pete...we shall see you at 1800 hours on Sunday...Sir.
Strictly no giggling...Sir.
Giggling...is improper Sir...

FELLOW WRITERS,
It is our duty as Litopians to make Agent Pete giggle on Sunday, @1800hrs, location; Discord.
Who is with me?
*Waves the Litopian flag, all on my lonesome* LOL

:) Manly dignity of mirth means chuckling. Peter laughs or chuckles now and then. He never, but never giggles. And also, he covets not chrome toilet roll holders.

That's a nice varied menu, Miles is on it, and there will be enjoyment for sure, based on that alone for starters.

Really irritated that I can't be there... A prior engagement with a local landlord. Irish music, beer, songs and Easter cheer... chained to the bar stool playing my 200-year-old blackwood flute. I will play Carolan's lament for unpublished works, and listen in on facebook after the event. I will be thinking of you all with your chocolate and strawberries and attempts to induce unmanly giggling. Enjoy.

A good excuse to recuse myself from family revelry! I may just be being blind and/or thick, but is the second voice seminar up yet? Couldn't listen on Sunday due to indoor cricket commitments.

No, it's not. As (too) often, I want to tweak it and re-record. Will be up soon, tho.

@Amber Just being humorous.
Unfortunately I'll be missing POP-UPS after all, as I haven't been too well since yesterday evening :(
When I'm feeling better, I'll catch up and watch it later this week.
Good Luck to everyone's submissions who are being looked at today.
Kind Regards,
Alix
