Good advice, but wishing isn't enough, you have to work to be better. 10,000 hours (Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell). That's about 1250 x 8hr days. Roughly 250 working weeks=5 years-ish. Maybe too late for me and writing but I'll use whatever time I have left. Of course, if one is brilliant then it's different, but I wouldn't know about that. Somehow I think that 10,000 hours is a bit low in this game.
