Presumably following white rabbits down holes was some of that good advice?
Her advice to herself was "Do not follow a white rabbit down its hole; it will lead to all kinds of weird, discombobulating consequences". But as she did not understand the word "discombobulating" she went right ahead.

Yeah... Not sure that would hold up in a court of law.
