• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

Fantastic news! That's a great angle. What's fascinating is that so much of what was science fiction when I was a boy is now fact. Scientific research is now going exponential.

I inject science into my techno-thrillers (and also provide a reading list and links in the References section at the rear).

This sounds fascinating. I was just discussing with a friend how it seems like science fiction writers have accurately predict scientific progress and how we read sci-fi stories in terms of possibilities. I read an article today about phenotyping unknown DNA to solve murders and how very new (and unreliable) this technology is, and I thought it fit quite well in this topic.

Congratulations on being included in the anthology, and thank you for posting the link. I'm ashamed to say I haven't stumbled across his blog yet, but I'm remedying that now.
