The Nobel Prize for Literature for 2018 has been awarded to Polish author Olga Tokarczuk, while the 2019 prize goes to Austrian author Peter Handke.

I interviewed their Gen Sec a few years ago, may be interesting, esp re the effect winning has on writers...

 
Interesting, for him it is the talking OR the writing.

Yes...the writers in that second category. They are the writers of the rare books with the uncommon, common touch.
