Yeah, I saw that news this morning and groaned.
It’s not great news. S&S US has been doing really well recently, and it’s not clear why Viacom wanted to dispose of them now.
This continues a trend towards giantism that has accelerated in recent years.
I’m hoping for more medium-sized publishers to grow into the vacuum this may create.
