Daily Mail's suggestion today was that it was because Jerry smokes (cigarettes, I suppose).
Yesterday's rumour was that 'she drinks', quickly followed by 'though NOT to excess'. Presumably because she also sues...

I expect she's relieved not to always wear completely flat shoes any more. (Check photos.)
