Poets & Writers has some useful resources.
 
P&W is a great resource, though I've found that they deal mostly with literary fiction rather than commercial. Something to keep in mind.
 
I use the online Writer's Market, but of course, there's a fee. Still, it covers a year's subscription, and last time I checked, it had about 600 short-story markets listed.
