Do you use Submittable?

Hello, writers. Do you use submittable to submit your writing and enter writing contests? I am enjoying using it and especially its DISCOVER feature. It helps me track what I have submitted, as well. And I do love seeing that green "accepted" status pop up rarely, but sometimes. (MANY MORE DECLINED statuses.)

If not, what do you use? Thanks. Laura

Yes, Submittable, but only because it is what most journals use. That said, it is quite useful. But my home-made Excel submissions spreadsheet is the key record, for me.

Like Marc, I use it because that's the way most SF journals and zines manage their submissions. I like it because it's easy to keep track and know your sub hasn't vanished into a black hole

Same as Marc--I use it because the zines do, but my Excel spreadsheet is where I really track everything.

Worth doing, I think. I have a poem or two out on it at the moment. I placed a short story that way...via Submittable.

As an alternative to Submittable there's a free version of software called Airtable.

I'm in the process of creating an account with it, as I only found out about the programme this morning, after seeing it recommended in an article written by the founder of the RO Literary agency.
