LOL @Rainbird. I read this while making tea first thing, bleary eyed, barley awake. I laughed so hard I made myself jump. Now I'm fully awake and alert, ready to write. Thanks for the wake up call.

Thanks so much for all the great discussion in this one! We ventured so far into openings that I'm not sure covering them separately would offer much else in the way of discussion. Perhaps when we visit world-building and description we can also talk about openings again, since the topics are so closely-related.
