Since there usually isn't a "thriller" section of a bookstore, mine would likely sit with the mysteries. However for websites that can tag multiple, drilled-down categories, probably thriller, police, and technology.
 
I need to get into a biigggg bookshop and closely scrutinise some physical shelves. There is a very good independent bookshop here, but I see it's selling high quality toys as well now. A 4ft cuddly giraffe, I confess, given a good excuse, I could be tempted.... No big book stores, or should I count WH Smith?
 
At least I squarely within the fantasy section. No doubt about that. Or sci-fi, in the case of the zombie story set in 1980's Haiti/Miami. Otherwise solidly fantasy.
