This bookstore in Canada is filled with kittens and people can adopt them

Great idea. Some kitties are naturally disposed to friendliness more than others and each has a well developed rounded character of its own. That's why writers keep cats. When they want to come up with a really, really interesting character with an authentic ring about them, you can bet they've analyzed their cats.
