I'm on the edge of querying again, and I've got the jitters... then I came across this which calmed me down. Actually it's not just for when you are querying, it's useful to remember these seven points throughout your life as a writer- in fact you should have them glued at your fingertips so you, not only can always be reminded of them, but also put them to use.
 
Hmmm - not one mention of Unheard Voices or Underrepresented Populations...
Yep, clearly someone has not been querying recently.
