Because sometimes you just need something like this.
We had planned an events venue at Mustang Haven for tourists and local Bday parties, since derailed. Just before lockdown I bought an ice cream maker which I still use to try out recipes. This is a good one. You can always just put it in the blender if you get crystals. Add some vermouth to the recipe to make it freeze smooth and deepen the flavour. ( Also nice to have on hand when you need that occasional martini.)
