Here you are, @AgentPete, to make up for my abortive attempt to thieve buds : on a recent visit to Rutland, I went into one of those shops which sold a little bit of everything -- you know, jigsaws, candles, embalming kits, etc -- and they had ~6 tiny shelves of books in a tiny corner. There can't have been more than 40 or 50 books in total. But one of them was by Mal Peet.
