Here's an article about a relatively new publisher that is open to submissions. Not sure if its ok to throw this out here, so if not please delete.

Blue Tulip seem to be open to quite a range of submissions, though I do find it very odd that they don't want the pages numbered? A tad silly if someone should print off and then drop the pages!? The font type is NOT Times Roman, but I guess that's easy enough to change. Worth a try I should think, so if you are looking a new publisher (rather than an agent), this could be a possibility
