I went for it last year – and got absolutely nowhere.
I got the idea from the list of those they accepted that they had a particular author profile in mind, and it didn't fit me.
But that may be sour grapes.

I think that's the case with this kind of thing. The agents are still looking for something that'll fit their wish list. No matter how good your piece of work is, if you're not one of those you won't get anywhere.

Thank you for sharing, Sarah. I've had this agency on my wishlist, but I wasn't aware of the mentorship program.
