I Can’t Log In To My Account Portal / Can’t Log In To The Colony

It’s important to understand that you have two logins to Litopia.

One is to this place – the Colony itself. This is where all the forum are, where you can seek and receive critiques, chat to other members, and lots more. It looks like this:
colony.litopia.com.png


The other is to your Account Portal. That’s where you can administer your account, upgrade to Full Membership, extend your membership, change your payment options, take our growing range of courses and seminars, blog publicly… and more. It looks like this:
colony.litopia.com(1).png

If you try to use your Colony login and password to attempt to log in to your Account Portal, it won’t work.

Fortunately, you can easily reset either of the passwords. Both of the above login pages have "Forgot password?" links. Just click and follow the instructions.

If you're still stuck, post a message in the Ask For Help area here, or ask one of the Guardians.
