A while ago, I posted how having parody versions of your book series is a sign of success:

Having a protagonist who’s distinctive in some way makes them appealing to readers.

There’s a chance that as an author, you’ll become a cartoon. Stephen Hawking, Martha Stewart, Neil Gaiman, Joyce Carol Oates, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Jane Goodall, Stephen King, Amy Tan, John Updike, J.K. Rowling, Tom Wolfe, Jonathan Franzen, Tom Clancy and Thomas Pynchon have all appeared on The Simpsons.

Turning 3-D, an author could be inspirational (and collectable), for I note that Maya Angelou is becoming a Mattel Barbie doll.

It made me wonder which other authors are ripe for being turned into dolls. Neil Gaiman, perhaps...and what about his friend Terry Pratchett?

Who would you like to see as a doll?
