News Bug Reports & Feature Requests Are Live

We've just added two new forums to help you share your feedback on the Author Platform: a Bug Report forum and a Feature Request forum.

If something isn't working the way it should — whether it's an error message, a broken button, or something that just looks off — the bug report form is the place to flag it.

And if you've got an idea for something the Platform could/should do, or a way it could work better for you, the feature request form is there for that. Both are designed to be quick to fill out, and each one includes short guidance on what to include so your feedback is as useful as possible.

Your input during this short pre-launch phase genuinely shapes what gets built and what gets fixed first.

Perhaps not a bug, but just me not seeing something... I'm trying to change the order of books on my bibliography, because on my page they're WAY not in the order I'd like people to see them. The help page indicates I can change the order of the bibliography, but I can find nowhere to do that. Am I missing something? (not unlikely, given it's 9pm after a hellish day at work)

Yes, it’s on the to-do list.

Everyone – please will you use the Bug Report / Feature Request forms for… bug reports and feature requests ​

You have no idea how time-consuming these things can be if you don’t give us all the information we need.

The forms are there to make it easier for us, and for you!
