I use my own. I had some printed for promos. Tacky, but they put the word about. I leave them in the library, airport bookstalls and the like.

Cunning. I like that approach.
We always go on holiday in Cornwall, and one of my little joys [or disappointments] is running through the books in whatever holiday house we rent. If I ever self-publish, I will probably leave one or two copies in each cottage we rent.
