I do find this group hardworking writers and editors gambling as agents. There is an "we're all in this together " feeling. Mostly women who've been around publishing for ages who read your submissions not young interns.

I would especially love to find a big, emotional contemporary novel in the vein of Jojo Moyes’ Me Before You (one of my favourite books of all time), Rosie Walsh’s The Man Who Didn’t Call or Rebecca Serle’s In Five Years, which I devoured very recently – it got me out of my lockdown reading slump.
