Je vous en prie I have a sister who lives in Sete and commutes to Nimes once a week for work, teaching English. Never been myself. Not yet
Lot is as far south as I have got.

My father was from Sete, and I am from Nimes. You should definitely go and visit! Both cities are very different from each other, and both are full of charm, sun, and excellent food.

We are in Lodève. Straight up the A75 from Montpellier, before you get to the Larzac plateau (Millau, etc).

A little bit of a drive from Nimes, where I am from, but you live in a beautiful part of France. It has stayed rather authentic.
