I don't think TYM is suggesting using it as a tool for writing, more as a tool in conjunction with writing i.e. maybe searching up a list of comps (which I did last week), or asking it to give you some facts you want for your book.

It is yet more work, so maybe a no go. Substack can build more publicity, and can be monetized, if Litopia starts up its own Substack, and shares selected content on there, in the publishing, literature and culture categories.
