Because all of us face doing promotions online or in videos I finally sat down and studied how to do lighting. If this is on your to do list-this night be useful.


I use a full spectrum light box for a main light when I do photos. This is for winter time seasonal adjustment disorder but it works great for cameras. So you may have a light around that works-yu dont have to go out and buy anything.

These are some good tips if you do buy a ring light.
