Sharing because I enjoyed this. Yes I already knew the rudiments but I thought this was explained in such a way that it sparked some story ideas.

Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.
This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.
Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…
We now allow political discussion, but strongly suggest it takes place in the Steam Room, which is a private sub-forum within Café Life. It’s only accessible to Full Members.

You should be able to attach a PDF unless the author/firm has blocked your ability to photocopy it. (Or you're suddenly in a time when PDF copying hasn't been invented. Or has become obsolete.)Sorry thought I could get it in PDF form. Forgot PDF doesn't work here then got distracted by the Hudd.... Look Squirrel!

That kind of sums up one of the theories. it's much easier to go into the future than the past.In the words of Anon...
There was a young lady from Wight
Who could travel much faster than light
She departed one day
In a relative way
And returned on the previous night
