• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Some Colonists pop in religiously every day before or after work. Others we see here less regularly, but all are equally welcome. Two important grounds rules…

Worth a look, if not firewalled.

Besides going (very clearly) into the who, what, when of the recent corporate debacle, it provides a lot of detail on what sorts of AI were being worked on and the 'training' that involved.

Also, anyone else remember Clippy, the idiotic pop-up paperclip 'assistant' that Microsoft introduced to Word? "You seem to be writing a letter. Would you like me to help you with that?" Oh, the swearing. That story is in there, too.

This isn't a link: it's a lifestory!
