I'm really hoping that they delve into the additional material from Unfinished Tales and Tales of Numenor, especially to flesh out the Fall of Gondolin...

Every chapter in the book leads itself to a full grown movie. I'm thinking 'How the west was won'. Nargathrond and the bretrayl of ???? cant remember the dwarfs name. is a great tale. Of Beren and Luthiean is great also, too much for just one film.
