Interesting, and yet Rule 6 has a typo in it! "6. Be a sadist. Now matter how sweet and innocent...." Should be; 6. Be a sadist. No (not now) matter how sweet..."
Is it just (budding) Authors who pick up on typos so fast??? But otherwise a useful read ;)
