You dont need the descript product mentioned here. That is if you want to produce Tik Tok worth videos. Quiktime has everything you need.

Now for Windows/Microsoft.

If you have a webcam, the simplest way would be to use the Camera App

Click your Start Button, type camera and hit Enter to open the Camera App

With that you can record yourself

If you need to edit the footage, save it out of the Camera App, open the Photos App and click 'Create'

Please note both these apps are basic in their functionality, there are good free apps available online that would provide more functionality!
