
So my surprise news last week was The Rarkyn's Fall and A Night So Dark And Full Of Stars were longlisted for the British Science Fiction Association Awards. An anthology I'm part of was also longlisted (Cursed Shards: Tales of Dark Folklore). Given I'm in New Zealand, I didn't even realise I was even eligible to be nominated for these. I only found out because a friend of mine was also longlisted and I clicked on the link to see it, then saw one of my books listed as I was scrolling through 

Anyhow, voting for the shortlist is now open to BSFA members.
It's a long shot, but if anyone is a member and wants to give these works a vote before Feb 28, it would be gratefully appreciated.
